Hale Roofing, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents for commercial roofing projects.
• Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations.
• Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Attend pre bid meetings and conduct site visits as needed.
• Work closely with project managers, customers, and vendors throughout the bidding process.
• Maintain bid schedules and meet proposal deadlines.
• Assist with contract negotiations and project handoffs.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing estimating experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required.
